1.

The activities of the Organization of Advertising Creation (OAC) in the coming year are represented by three major themes: the Creative Volunteer Exhibition, Internet Advertising and Responding to Reform of the Public Corporation System.

The Creative Volunteer Exhibition, in conjunction with the Japan Committee for UNICEF under the title of "Let's Protect the World's Children from HIV and AIDS," was held in Tokyo in the spring of 2006. Following this were exhibitions in Osaka, Nagoya and Sendai. Also, at present, under the financial support of OAC, the exhibit is traveling around the country. In addition, plans are now underway for exhibitions overseas as well. For this global scale theme, there has been a large reaction going beyond a simple exhibition of works, with various repercussions shown. For OAC, through this sort of global theme, the wide social appeal has increased its presence. The upcoming 2008 exhibition, with its tie-up with UNICEF, represents an even more ambitious undertaking.

2. In the field of Internet Advertising, we have recently made positive efforts at holding seminars for both companies and students. This year we have stepped up our efforts in Internet Advertising. Taking advantage of the strength of our graphic in order to engage in dialogue with consumers, we hope to establish a total creative approach through cross-media development.
3. With the aim of taking a new direction in response to the reform of the public corporation system, OAC is currently studying its future alternatives and clarifying its stance. A decision will be made by 2013.
